"Way Too Simple to Unintentionally Subscribe"
I wasn't a fan of how simple it was to unintentionally enroll in a 15-day recurring order. That's just wild. It's all sorted out now, thanks to your fantastic Customer Service team (they totally deserve a raise), but come on, next time, make it a big bold checkbox or something. I swear I didn't even opt for a subscription, and it just handed it to me. If I hadn't peeked at my account out of curiosity, I wouldn't have even caught it until I got charged again.

"This time, shipping was quicker"
I really appreciated how much quicker the shipping was this time around. When it comes to pets, issues can pop up outta nowhere, and even a small delay can make a huge difference in their survival. Unfortunately, with this order and the last one, I found that the products had leaked and were damp. This has occurred twice now, and I'm not sure what's causing it. Thankfully, most of the liquid remained in the bottles.

"Better Packaging?"
Looks like you’ve made some upgrades to the packaging. The spray works way smoother now. I couldn’t get the last bits out of the previous bottle.

I really appreciate all the help and encouragement. It’s been a game changer for my dog Jackie, keeping her seizures mostly in check. Super useful for managing stress too! 💞 And let’s talk about her teeth. She had this huge bubble in her mouth, but the product they provided worked pretty quickly. Plus, we tackled her eye issues. My pup has a super sensitive tummy, and I've tried the Probiotic formula in the past to help with his runny stools. This stuff does wonders for him, and I plan to keep using it to manage any stomach problems that pop up from the supplements.

"Top-notch customer support"
Right after I made my purchase, they reached out with some helpful tips. I really appreciate how much they care about their customers. So, I ordered the Undescended Testicle bottle, and wouldn't you know it, I had to take my little pup to the vet again, and surprise, he’s got 2 balls, haha. But hey, I’ll hang onto the bottle just in case it changes again.

I’m still trying to wrap my head around how it’s working, but I haven’t had enough time to really tell. When it comes to getting my order, it arrived on time, and it’s exactly what I wanted. The cats seem to like it just fine, so it can’t be too terrible!

I made an order for the corneal ulcer spray and the process was super simple. The delivery was quick too! I’ve begun using it on my dog, but it’s a bit soon to tell if it’s effective. Fingers crossed it works!

"Kitty's Tummy Troubles"
I had to take my feline friend to the vet since he was hurling all over the place and in a bad way. The vet couldn't pinpoint the issue, except that he was all backed up. After some meds and a little surgery, my natural remedies for pets showed up. I started him on the homeopathic treatment right away. My cat finally did his business, and the rest is just a tale to tell.
